8. Limited registration

8.01. A PUPPY purchased on LIMITED REGISTRATION means the PUPPY cannot be exhibited in ANKC events or be used for breeding purposes.

8.02. A PUPPY on LIMITED REGISTRATION will be supplied with DOGS NSW pedigree papers.

8.03. The SELLER shall facilitate the transfer of the PUPPY’S LIMITED REGISTRATION Papers directly into the BUYER(S) name. If the PUPPY is already registered prior to the sale, the SELLER will complete the transfer. If the PUPPY is SOLD before its registration with DOGS NSW, the SELLER shall register the PUPPY directly into the BUYER(S) name. There is no charge for this initial transfer, provided it is the first transfer of the PUPPY’S ownership.

8.04. The BUYER(S) can apply to upgrade the PUPPY to MAIN REGISTRATION within three (3) years of the PUPPY’S DOB. To do so, the BUYER(S) are required to gain the permission and signature of the SELLER. A fee of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) will also be payable to the SELLER as payment for the rights to use the SELLER’S prefix. (This fee does not include DOGS NSW or other ANKC body’s ‘application for transfer’ fees; please refer to the Scale of Charges of the BUYER’S chosen ANKC body).
